Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items, Non reusable items, ), and (Stickers - Binders and Envelopes ). As the item cannot be resold once it has been sold. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. We are also not responsible for incorrect delivery address, or lost or stole parcels. we will try our best to change the delivery information if we are notified before sending out the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged Shipments: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order details. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Refunds
We only offer a refund if you have Canceled your order before the order hasn't been processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will need to return the item and once its been shipped and you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
